Seacliff and Adelaide played for a chance to progressstraight through to the grand final.
Adelaide has another chance and will play Port Adelaide next weekend.
Port Adelaide won on a penalty stroke against North East in extra time.
Final score 2 - 1.
While having had its share of the ball Adelaide failed to score from corner penalties.
